I Agree – Break Down the Barriers to the New Housing We Can Afford!

By breaking down each and every barrier to the new housing we need to make rents and homes affordable again. We must start with eliminating restrictive regulations, dramatically reducing high up-front fees, using surplus government land, unlocking private-sector investment, and implementing the boldest plans to lower the costs of construction, which in California can be up to three times the costs in other states.
